AbstractA Abstract A study was conducted to seek all efficient and environmen协l mycotoxin organic adsorbent．This experiment investigated the exlractiert technique ofgincomannan and adsorption effect ofafiatoxin by using the discarded yeast in brewery．including two experiments． In experiment I，gl城删咀锄m勰w鹆extracted from the discarded yeast in b他w哪by Na2HP04-citric acid buyer solution．The optimal conditions was buffer solution at pH 7．0。120℃， 90rain as well勰2 times extraction．Extract ofyeast was deproteinized by Savage．The polysaccharide wa‘white，flavourlass and soluble in wsteland insoluble in organic solventst with 90．07％of polysaccharide,88．25％ofgincomannan and 2．53％ofprotein． In experiment 2，∞e hundred and eighty 8-day-old AA broilers wm equally divided into three groups(six replicates per group with ten broilers per replicate)，three dietary treatments ofcontrol feed without addition of glucumanann and aflatoxinBt·100ppb AFBj，100ppb AFBj+0．1％glⅧeman were fed to treatment groups for twenty-ane days．Six broilers／group were slaughtered at 7· 14，21· 28 days oftreatmant．Body weight(BW)and feed consumption were recorded to calculate average daily protein，albumin and姗inase were measⅢed．Indexes of liver，Hdney,pancreas，heart· gain(ADO)，average daily feed intake(ADFl)and feed／gaintF／G)for each replicate．Serum total spleen，thymus,bursa wore recorded．Hepatic enzymes were measured．Main results were obtained as follow：1．Growthperformanceofbroilerwasaffected(P日0．05)byO．1mg／kgAFBt．BW，ADG，ADFl were depressed significantly．F／G was increased(PO．05)．The content of Serum total protein and albumin werc：decreased(P0．05)and activity of辩“m glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and gintamic-oxalacetic Wansaminase were increased fP0．05)significantly．Weights of liver,kidney， spleen，heart WfTC increased①0．05)significantly and weights of thylnns，bursa wc坤reduced． Hepatic snccinate dehydrogenaso and cholinesternse were decreesed(P0．05)，alkaline phnsphataso,Y 掣utamyl仃alIspep6da∞were increase好0．05)·
