前房型有晶体眼人工晶体植入术矫正高度近视的护理体会 (丙南医科大学附属医院眼科四川泸州646000) 【摘要】目的：研宄分析前房型有晶体眼人工晶体植入术矫正高度近视中的 护理作用。方法：选取2013年9月?2015年10月在我院接受前房型有晶体眼 人工晶体植入术矫正高度近视的病患15例(30)只眼，在人工晶体植入术矫正 过程中进行护理干预，研宄分析其护理作用。结果：研究结果显示，经护理干预 后15例病患均手术顺利，视力矫正效果良好，且无严重的并发症出现。结论： 在结合护理干预的前提下，对高度近视患者进行前房型有晶体眼人工晶体植入术 矫正高度近视治疗只有良好的效果，能够明显的帮助病患改善视力且安全性较高， 可以提高病患的生活质量，前房型有晶体眼人工晶体植入术矫正术是一种较为安 全可靠且疗效较好的高度近视矫正方式，值得进一步在临床中普及运用。 【关键词】前房；晶体植入；护理配合；近视 【中图分类号】R473.77 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231 (2016) 14-0025-02 [Abstract]Objective To study and analyze the anterior chamber with intraocular lens implantation in correction of high myopia in nursing role. Methods A total of September 2013 and 2015, October in our hospital received anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in correction of high myopia disease in 15 patients (30 eyes), intraocular lens implantation in correction process of nursing intervention, research and analysis of the nursing role. Results The results showed that, the nursing of 15 patients, patients were operated successfully, vision correction effect is good, and no serious complications occurred.
