不同穿刺部位静脉滴注盐酸丙帕他莫的临床观察 刘娟赵君健 祝秀华彭洪任春碧张璇 ［摘要］目的 探讨不同穿刺部位输入盐酸丙帕他莫引起静脉炎的发牛率及 患者的舒适度。 方法将需要外周注射盐酸丙帕他莫的238例患者随机分成手 背静脉组61例、 前臂中段头静脉组60例、前臂正中静脉组59例、肘正中静脉 组58例共四组， 分别使用留置针穿刺患者手背静脉、前臂中段头静脉、前臂正 中静脉、肘正中静脉。结果：观察四组发牛静脉炎百分比及患者舒适度（疼痛、 活动受限、影响睡眠质量、焦虑）比较，手背静脉组发牛静脉炎明显高于其他三 组，前臂中段头静脉组病人舒适度最高（疼痛20%、 活动受限6.7%、影响睡 眠质量8.3%、焦虑15.%）,优于其他三组，数据采用秩和检验及chi;2检验，差 异有统计学意义（p0.05）o结论：选择前臂中段头静脉留置针穿刺输入盐酸丙 怕他莫，能减少静脉炎的发牛，增加患者的舒适度，提高护理内涵质量。 ［关键词］盐酸丙帕他莫静脉炎舒适度 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2014.15.59 作者单位：637000,四川南充，四川省南充市中心医院 ［作者简介］刘娟（1984-）,女，本科,四川省南充市中心医院护师。 Different puncture infusion of hydrochloric acid propylene PA he clinical observation of Mo Liu Juan Zhao Junjian Zhu Xiuhua Peng Hong Ren Chunbi Zhang Xuan Abstract: Objective To investigate the different puncture site input hydrochloric acid propylene PA he Mo phlebitis incidenee and patient comfort.
