PAGE PAGE 38 大都市近郊区乡村空间布局重构 ——以上海市青浦区东部为例 摘要：随着城镇化、工业化的快速发展，乡村普遍出现布局混乱、基础设施可达性差、人口衰减严重、空心村、工业用地规模逆向扩张化、整体空间结构松散化、人居环境恶化等系列问题，严重影响了城乡一体化发展。亟需通过开展农村土地综合整治，重构乡村生产、生活和生态空间，为推进新农村建设和城乡一体化发展搭建新平台。本文以上海市青浦区东部的诸镇为例，通过层次分析法，选定评价指标体系，再通过权重法构建标准评价指标体系，对上海市青浦区东部的人口、农村、农业和环境四个方面的研究，再通过综合评定，主要是在空间层面达到乡村保护的目的，筛选出这些村是保护型乡村，哪些是保留型乡村，哪些是归并的乡村，哪些是保留型乡村，进而基于研究结果对项目区域农村居民点布局提出一定的政策建议，为当地乡村居民点合理的空间布局提供一定的决策思考。 关键词：乡村空间布局重构土地整治上海市青浦区 Metropolitan and suburban areas of rural spatial layout reconstruction - To the east of Shanghai Qingpu District in Chinese title Abstract: With the rapid acceleration of urbanization, industrialization, rural issues have been further attention, and because of the rapid development of urbanization, seriously affecting the integration of urban and rural development.
