The education reform is also unwilling to fall behind, the multimedia education is gradually becoming the indispensability part of education. Because the network education has the very strong agility. Development of the network teaching system, a new teaching model, thus students really play the main role in teaching active, and comprehensively improve the overall quality of students. The system of net teaching includes two parts: the foreground displaying and the background management. The foreground displaying mainly looks on teachers and students, including the forum of teachers and students and sending out messages. The main user of the forum of teachers and students is teachers and students. It is foreground process part, which is made up of the intercourse area of teachers and students, the intercourse area of students and students. The part of background management mainly looks on super users and common users(just as teachers). It is background process part. It is made up of two parts: the back of the foreground displaying and the back of the background management. 　　大家都知道传统教学方式具有学生们勤学苦练、认真听课并记笔记等良好学习特点，但缺点是不善于、不能及时地在学习中处于疑惑时候向教师表达，而教师虽然通过一系列提问方式让学生们了解到个别情况，且不能代表全体。因而教师们只能通过作业、测验或考试等常规方式反馈学生学习水平。学生是否真正掌握了教学内容中重点与难点，是否创造思维地运用所学知识独立解决问题是授课老师在实际教学过程中关心重点环节。与此同时，学生是学校教学中主体，我们更应该重视这一主体能动性，尽量改善教学环境，剖析新教学方法，有效地反馈教学信息，以达到预期教学效果。基于Web自主学习网上教学作为现代教育教学中一个亮点，它给传统教学模式带来一系列全新变革。 　　再次研究中，我们对已开展网络教育一些高校网络学院（远程教育学院）与有名中小学网校网络课程建设进行初步网上调研，发现在他们网络课程建设中都存在一些共同特点。如：1）网络课程、网络课件、网络教材混淆；2）课程体系大而全；3）重教学内容呈现，轻学习环境设计；4）教学内容表现形式单一；5）自主学习资源不足；6）导航系统不强；7）缺少评价与反馈；8) 缺乏教学活动设计等等。 　　1 相关技术 　　1.1 J2EE概述 　　J2EE（Jav
