区块链技术在人力资源管理中的运用

摘 要:物联网大数据时代背景下ꎬ区块链技术已经被广泛应用于诸多行业ꎬ除了传统的金融税收、会计审计等领域ꎬ其具有
的去中心化、非对称加密、不可篡改等特征在供应链管理、司法取证、医疗保障等领域也发挥着重要作用ꎮ 而人力资源管理面临
的问题与困境同样可以利用区块链技术的特征优势来解决实践中存在的人才供需预测不灵敏、专业技能欠缺、劳资关系查证困
难等问题ꎮ 将区块链技术应用到人力资源管理规划、招聘、培训与开发等六大模块中ꎬ能够发挥其技术潜能ꎬ为各层次的人力资
源管理项目中的问题提供相应的解决思路ꎮ
