课题成果 I ketichengguo 提高北方特困区中小学课外排球教学效率的研究 Research on The Improvement of Extracurricular Volleyball Teaching Efficiency of Primary And SecondarySchools in The Northern Impoverished Areas 李 新 璐 ，张高华 Li Xinlu, Zhang Gaohua 摘 要 ：目前对中小学排球普修课教学现状的研究比较多，但针对如何提高特困区中小学课外排球教学效 率的研究少之又少，这在很大程度上阻碍了特困区排球教学改革的落实。中小学课外活动是体育活动的 重要组成部分，本文按照排球教学组织与实施的过程，从活动前准备、活动中实施、活动后总结三部分为切 入点，遵循教育改革方向，围绕教学大纲、教学方法、教学原则、师生关系、教学目标，分别阐述排球教师在 课外教学时应把握的要点，以期为提高北方特困区中小学课外排球的教学效率贡献一份力量。 关键词:教学效率;排球;教育改革 A b stra c t : There are many researches on present situation of volleyball teaching in primary but few of them focus on howto improve the volleyball teaching efficiency of primary an mi le schools in the impoverishe areas , which largely hampers the implementation of volleyball teaching to the organization an implementation process of volleyball teaching ，this essay takes a summary of activities as the breakthrough points， follows the direction of education reform ， an center on syllabus， teaching methods， teaching principle， teacher - student relationship an teaching goals to respectively expoun key points graspe by volleyball teachers ， which contributes to improvement of extracurricular volley teaching efficiency of primary an mi le schools in northern impoverishe areas .
